101124 Meditation: You know more than you think
00:01 – 00:07
Okay. So hello–
00:10 – 00:18
I’m sorry. What is my, like, target or focus?
00:25 – 00:31
Maybe the beings in the forest that we spoke to last time. Okay.
So it is, Friday, October 11th.
We’re here at our home in [City]. This is part 2.
We tried spirit box in hopes that the KP index, which is very high, would facilitate communication,
but it seemed to have the opposite effect.
So we’re gonna try meditation.
D’s gonna meditate and speak aloud what he hears or sees, experiences, and I will respond if it feels appropriate, I might not say as much because it’s, more about what he’s seeing.
When we were in the Del Monte Forest a little while back, several weeks ago, We interacted with
a few beings in the forest
They seemed like godlike entities.
We’ll just leave it at that for now And we were curious if we can also experience them here.
So with that, I will say anyone who passes muster with our spirit guardians and friends,
who’s coming from that forest, we would be happy to hear from you.
02:17 – 02:19
Some words came to mind.
I guess I’ll start with that.
Remembrance of the first path.
There was something else as well.
I don’t remember what it was.
What is the first path?
02:53 – 03:00
Remember the remembrance of the first path, a glimpse of a tree.
03:07 – 03:13
D did see at our last session in the forest, a big tree.
There’s a man approaching it with what we later learned was probably a soil meter. You remember seeing that.
Maybe that’s what you mean.
03:28 – 03:32
Amber darkness, closed eyes,
feeling a shining sun.
03:52 – 03:54
Hello to the shining sun.
What should we call you?
04:19 – 04:22
Carrying a sack with
bread and cheese.
Going somewhere.
Amused.
Lightly dressed.
Sunny day.
Simultaneously forest and,
like, houses, like a neighborhood, but also a forest.
Feels like walking through both.
While walking,
diamonds are
being crushed up inside,
breaking apart.
It’s uncomfortable, but it’ll make for
easier walking later.
06:33 – 06:34
How so?
06:52 – 06:55
I see dials on a machine.
It’s a very old style console kind of device of some sort
On a silver table,
metal table,
It’s, like that
tannish yellow kind of casing color with a black panel with
knobs and a couple of switches
and, a meter of some sort.
This doesn’t feel important.
…
Somebody
smiling.
The phrase, “well, look at you.
You’ve got your shoes on, don’t you?” Came to mind.
08:35 – 08:37
He actually doesn’t have shoes on.
I do though, but I’m sure that was metaphoric.
08:54 – 08:54
That’s
because something is worth having.
09:05 – 09:07
What is worth having?
09:18 – 09:19
The
what’s it called? Caduceus?
09:27 – 09:28
Oh,
Hello, Hermes. (we realize later that D didn’t know that the caduceus is the symbol of Hermes)
Thank you for joining us.
Is there anything you’d like to tell us?
09:57 – 10:01
Right, fight and, horse.
Almost like the horse is part of the light, and it’s rearing up, but only because it’s ready to go. Nope. That’s not it.
It’s actually a little overexcited.
10:26 – 10:28
I wonder what’s exciting the horse.
The light horse.
Light. Maybe that’s, well, I don’t know.
10:58 – 11:08
I see, like, a falling star, but in the daytime, and it’s not exactly falling, but more like shooting across the sky.
11:15 – 11:26
I wonder if there’s a connection forged between our house here and the forest in the DM area
near Carmel, the one that we’ve been spending time in.
11:38 – 11:42
A bunch of different kinds of trees came to mind.
Like the… I wish I had the memory to say types of trees.
Like some other greens, but the first one that came to mind is the
broccoli shaped tree. (He said later he means an oak tree)
The, you know, one solid
trunk, and then it goes out and round the top kind of.
Maybe a Joshua tree? (looked it up later – It’s not a Joshua Tree)
12:23 – 12:24
The first one I saw.
12:25 – 12:27
It sounds kinda like a Joshua tree.
12:30 – 12:32
Might also be a with
Wild, twisty hair leafless trunks.
12:44 – 12:47
Could be, the ghost cypresses near Carmel.
13:01 – 13:14
I feel like agreeing with you, but I don’t know what you just said. I feel like
something is emerging
in the sky. Oh. But, like, it’s coming out of something
and has wings.
13:45 – 13:47
I’d love to know more about that.
What is the being with wings that’s emerging?
14:24 – 14:28
I’m hearing a low volume hum.
It’s modulating just a little bit.
14:43 – 14:47
There’s no hum in the house here that’s unusual .
As I said that the refrigerator kicked on, so …
15:03 – 15:16
There’s something like a like a tadpole made of light suddenly, like, swimming out
somewhere.
This is feeling just as disjointed to me.
If there’s stuff that’s making sense to you, touch my knee. Otherwise, I may stop. Okay.
16:06 – 16:18
The only things that are making sense are the caduceus and the light beings in the tree.
I think it might help
if there are entities here. Maybe,
communicate something, perhaps, that maybe we would benefit from knowing.
If you have a question, we could try to answer.
16:52 – 17:03
I see that view of the sun rising up above, up behind the Earth as if I’m high up on the horizon,
like outside of the atmosphere myself.
Like, I can see the curve of the Earth and the light coming up on the other side of it.
17:28 – 17:30
It’s a lot of references to light.
It did seem as though we were speaking last time in the forest to an Apollo like being.
I wonder if these are related.
17:53 – 18:11
I see a woman, a very fit woman, jumping off of a lighted surface of some sort, going like, hopping
downstairs, skipping steps, but I don’t actually see the stairs.
Until she gets to a forest.
And she’s got kind of a not quite mischievous smile, but almost kind of excited. And she’s looking around.
Definitely
feels like she’s looking for something to stalk.
19:19 – 19:21
Wonder if she came down from the moon.
That might have implications.
19:44 – 19:46
Now she’s running,
like running full tilt. The ground goes downward,
and she’s
jumping towards a larger tree, like, right into it. No. Right through it.
And as she comes out the other side, it’s like she has somebody tangled up with her.
Like they were in the tree, and she jumped through it and grabbed the person.
And they’re both laughing.
20:43 – 20:43
Alright.
Is there any connection between our house well, between us and those three beings we encountered
in the forest before, or the sunbird.
21:49 – 21:56
There’s a kid over here somewhere, kind
of good naturedly complaining, Like, I don’t know, 5 or 6.
Now he’s just idly doing
kinda
playing, like, a make believe game or something by himself.
The 2 women are,
like, made of light and they’re dissipating,
but they’re laughing.
23:13 – 23:17
Maybe they came to our world to have fun in physical form.
Is there anyone who wants to talk to us?
23:47 – 23:49
Like a large
mountain and where it touches the sky, the sky riffles. Oh.
It’s
like, mountains aren’t that tall.
They don’t go all the way up to the sky. This one does.
24:26 – 24:28
What is the significance of the mountain?
24:42 – 24:44
The bottom of the mountain is kind
of dark and lots of shadows just because the mountain is so big.
Blocks the light. You can tell something’s moving down there.
Like, I I don’t feel scared of it or anything.
Just there’s knowledge of it.
Matter of fact, I’m kinda curious.
Feels like
falling sideways
down past that spot where something was moving around among the trees in the dark valley.
Like,
softer, almost spongy.
Like,
laying down to go to sleep……
I feel like there was a bark of a sea lion to get my attention.
It was literally like the picture of a sea lion’s head with the lines coming off of it and a
dialogue bubble with just an exclamation point.
27:21 – 27:23
Nice job. I think it worked.
Whoever you are, you got his attention.
What would you like to say?
27:44 – 27:50
What’s that you say about jolly kingship? It’s
still okay to travel.
28:05 – 28:08
Jolly kingship makes me think of Jupiter.
Where would we where would we travel?
Are you recommending that we travel somewhere?
28:24 – 28:35
In my mind, there are hands on my hands as if somebody’s standing behind me, and their body
is pressed up against mine, and their arms are stretched out, outstretched.
And
it’s almost like they’re letting me wear them like a like
body suit. Mhmm. Like, I’m gliding
upward.
29:16 – 29:19
So it’s kind of, like, channeling?
29:22 – 29:23
Yeah. Like, with feathers. (Avisa?)
29:30 – 29:30
And,
yeah, like like, it comes up over my head with feathers. And okay.
Pushing off
Something. I don’t know what.
But it feels like pushing off the wall in a swimming pool. Woosh.
And gliding.
There’s a landing
and a slight good humored admonishment.
Use what you have. There’s a bookcase, and all the books are turned around the wrong way so
that you see the pages instead of the spines.
It
sounds kind of like,
saying that we have the knowledge that we need, and we don’t need to keep seeking out new knowledge?
If so, I wonder which like, what knowledge that we have should we be using.
32:36 – 32:38
Do you need some breath?
Do you know to pinch breaths?
I’m not sure that was right. Somebody was calling out.
There’s an opening that looks like an avocado pit.
Not an avocado pit, but like an avocado cut in half.
And the pit is the opening
It’s like
Much bigger than you think it is.
Like, the whole universe.
Inside itself.
The term avocado’s number just came to mind. That’s obviously a pun.
I don’t remember what Avogadro’s number is, though.
34:51 – 34:53
I don’t either.
35:31 – 35:35
The people you’re looking for are looking for you.
35:42 – 35:44
Yeah. How can we find each other?
35:54 – 35:56
Words. Shared words.
And
people bringing different words, like, to a potluck.
You’re not that into all of them, but it’s a great way to be introduced to new kinds
of delicacies,
even if they don’t turn out to be your favorites.
36:44 – 36:47
Where do we bring the words?
Are these words we write ourselves?
36:55 – 36:56
3 of cups.
36:59 – 37:04
Okay. It’s a very friendship sort of thing.
Are you talking about words we write and create ourselves or words that have already been written
that we share with other people?
37:58 – 38:00
Everybody’s got their struggles,
but sometimes
getting together to talk about something interesting.
Makes the struggles seem
less impeding.
There’s
people who think that you have something, some quality that they wish they had.
39:02 – 39:04
What quality is that?
39:22 – 39:23
Like,
like people who are dropping in
at a museum, and they
are very interested. And they sit down at a table with you and find out that you’ve been going there pretty often,
and they’re just excited to hear what you know about it.
That kind of thing
It’s a large collection.
You have more books than you think.
The books are still turned inside out not inside out
so that the pages show instead of the spines.
40:37 – 40:51
What is the topic that most people would be that the most people would be interested in? Like, a starting place.
41:31 – 41:36
There’s a a worm with stripes on it.
It could be
a reptile of some sort.
It’s too brightly colored to be like an earthworm with different stripes on it. Banded.
It,
I swear there was something interesting about that worm, but I don’t remember otherwise.
42:50 – 42:56
So I don’t think, D or I know much about worms that anyone would wanna hear about.
So what else might people want to hear about
the topic?
43:28 – 43:30
I’m sorry. Did I fall asleep?
43:31 – 43:33
You might have fallen asleep just now.
Is it time to take a nap?
43:40 – 43:41
I’m sorry. What?
43:42 – 43:43
Do you need to take a nap?
43:49 – 43:52
Or food.
43:55 – 43:56
We don’t have much.
44:04 – 44:05
Here I’ll pause this.
