We did a short meditation together before we started the spirit box. I did an energy scan of our little spot and I perceived distinct "bumps" in the scan, which I thought might indicate some kind of entity. A group of small entities were at the entrance, near the car. And in front of us was a large entity flanked by 2-3 small ones. This matched up with D's feeling that small goblin-like creatures were watching us curiously.

During the meditation, both of us experienced a physical chill along with a bright light in the mind's eye. For me, it was accompanied by a feeling that energy was flowing into me, as if from the large entity. This was interesting timing because just before this, I had tried to put out positive healing energy into the trees and discovered that I couldn't really because I was so drained (most of it coming from work stress that has burned me out). So, that was really welcome.

As we talked about it, D saw out of the corner of his eye two people walking very near us but when he turned to look, no one was there. I saw no one.
